1. How am I notified if my order is placed at eBZaar.com
You will get an email alert and a SMS alert as soon as you have placed your order.
2. Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of Rs. 250/-. Orders cannot be placed below this value.
3. Can I place orders on more than one store?
Yes, you can place order on more than one store – however each order will need to be placed separately – in other words, you will need to place one order at a time. Each order is processed and delivered separately by the respective store.
4. Do I need to create an account to place order with eBZaar?
We have guest checkout option in case you do not want to create an account. You can also use your social media accounts during checkout. However, creating an account ensures that your online grocery shopping experience is better, faster as also allows you to earn eBZaar eCash points. Creating an account also helps you re-order groceries from your last order, speeding up your grocery delivery process. It also makes you eligible for our eBZaar eCash Rewards Program. Besides, Members also gain first preview to exciting grocery offers, discounts and deals.

Your grocery shop is notified as soon as your order is placed.

6. When will my order get delivered?
Your order will usually be delivered at the date and time selected by you during checkout. Your store always does it best to ensure timely grocery delivery.
In a rare case, delays may happen due to sudden spike in order volumes or occasional traffic issues. They will always ensure to call you and update you to arrange delivery at an alternate time to suit your availability.
7. Who delivers my order?
Order delivery is undertaken by the store with whom the order is placed. Order will be delivered at the delivery address provided by you during the checkout process.
8. Can I place orders over the phone?
Yes you can place orders over the phone in case you find any issues accessing our website. You may reach out to us on +91 9833 99 6502 on Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm. You may also whatsapp us your grocery list on the above numbers and we will be happy to help you.
9. Can I add / modify or cancel my order?
You can add/modify an existing order at least one hour prior to the start of the delivery slot. For instance, if delivery is schedule for 2-6PM delivery slot, order can be modified till one hour prior i.e. 1PM. To cancel an item / modify your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on +91 9833 99 6502 or alternative you can go to My eBZaar account and place a cancellation request online.
10. What is your shipping / delivery policy for my online grocery orders?
We provide free shopping on online grocery purchases with order value of more than Rs. 1000/- excluding orders with Oil packs of 15Ltr or more
In case of a 15Ltr Oil Pack, free shipping is provided if other additional grocery items total up to Rs. 750/-
In all other cases, Rs. 50/- is charged as shipping fee.
11. I am getting an error about delivery address during checkout?
Each grocery store has a defined delivery area to which they cater. This is the basis on which the list of store is displayed when your delivery address is inserted in the address bar on home page. In case the store is not delivering to the address or the post code, the checkout page shows an error, and the checkout process is stalled. You may direct any queries regarding this to our Customer Care team at email@example.com or call on +91 9833 99 6502.
1. How can I pay for my Orders on eBZaar?
You can pay through any one of the below modes:
2. Can I pay through meal vouchers like Sodexho, Ticket etc.
Yes, we have launched this facility for our valuable customers.
3. I saw my cart value changed when I selected Meal Vouchers as a payment mode.
As per our current policy, orders are revised to MRP value of the cart in case Meal Vouchers like Sodexo or Ticket vouchers / passes are used for payment. You cannot avail product level discounts [e.g. MRP 100, discount price is Rs. 80, basket will revise price back to MRP 100] while using this Payment Method.
Similarly, note that you cannot use any coupon codes while using this Payment Method. However, Grocery Gift Vouchers are allowed to be used [subject to conditions of the individual Grocery Gift Voucher] and residual value of cart can be paid through Meal Vouchers.
4. I see Meal Vouchers in case of Store A but do not see Meal Vouchers as Payment Method in case of Store B
Like in real world, in the our online world too, some of the stores accept Meal Vouchers and hence you see this option enabled on check out page when shopping from a particular store. For another store, in case they do not accept Meal Vouchers, this option is not displayed.
5. I ordered for Rs. 1000 but I have Meal Vouchers of Rs. 850 only.
In such a case where you have Meal Vouchers for only part of the Order, you can pay the remaining order by cash. Alternately, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can email a link where you can pay online for residual amount. Note that even in case of part payment by cash or online and part payment by Meal Vouchers, you will not be eligible for any discounts on products or for any coupons. We accept part payment other modes as a matter of convenience to our valuable customers.
6. Are there any hidden costs when you make a purchase?
